Ram 2500 Lift Kits

Before You Buy

A lift kit changes ride height and tire clearance, and it often needs supporting parts such as longer brake lines, adjustable control arms or a track bar. Decide on the tire size first, then pick the lift height that fits it.

  • Wheels and wheel spacers use an 8x6.5 in (8x165.1 mm) bolt pattern.
  • Front leveling is done with coil spacers. Many kits differ for 2017-2018 and 2019+ trucks.
  • Rear air suspension, Power Wagon and Rebel trucks often cannot use standard leveling or lift kits.
  • Plan on an alignment after any leveling or lift kit.
  • Lift height and maximum tire size are not the same number; check both.
  • Taller lifts often need extra parts (track bar, brake lines, driveline changes).
  • Wheelbase changes with cab, bed and door count, so parts for one version may not fit another.
  • A leveling kit raises the front to match the rear. Above about 2 inches, many vehicles need upper control arms to keep alignment and ball-joint angles in range.
