What gets listed
We list parts from manufacturers and retailers that publish clear fitment for the vehicle in question. We don't list a part if we can't find a fitment source for it.
How fitment is checked
For each product we record the manufacturer's published fitment (generation, years, body style and any trim exceptions), a link to the source, and the date we checked it. Retailer pages and data feeds are used only where their terms allow. Fitment can still be wrong or change, so we ask you to confirm with the retailer, and you can report an error.
What decides order
Commission never decides ranking. Default order is based on how well a part fits your vehicle and how useful it is for the job. Where we show more than one retailer, we show them in a consistent order and don't hide a retailer because it pays less or doesn't pay.
Prices
Where we show a price we show the retailer name and when we last saw it. Otherwise we say "Check price". We never show prices a retailer's terms don't allow.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it and update the "checked" date. Email hello@octarak.com.
