Before You Buy

Running boards and bed covers are cab- and bed-specific. A board made for a crew cab will not fit an extended cab, and a tonneau cover has to match your bed length to the inch. Check both before you order.

• Wheels and wheel spacers use an 8x170 bolt pattern.
• On 4x4 trucks, front leveling is usually done with coil spacers. Check whether a kit lists 2017-2022 trucks, 2023+ trucks, or both.
• Dually (DRW) trucks use different wheels; most wheel spacers and many rear kits do not fit them.
• Raising the front can pull the axle off center. Check whether the kit needs a track bar bracket.
• Plan on an alignment after any leveling or lift kit.
• Match the cab (2-door/4-door, Double Cab, Crew Cab) and the bed length exactly.
• Running boards hang below the rocker panels and cost some ground clearance on the trail.
• Some covers do not work with bed rail systems, RamBox or multi-function tailgates. The listing says when.
